  Long before there were insta-trainers and sports training facilities on every corner, Penn State Hall of Fame Athlete Antonio Davis was in the gym, on the track and in the classroom, crafting his future as a top sports performance trainer. 


After creating one of the first sports training facilities in the USA during the 90’s and later owning and operating 7+ businesses, Antonio has earned his positive reputation as a pioneer in the industry. Antonio’s passion and love of training continues as he teaches athletes of all ages how to connect their mind, education and physical capabilities to become unstoppable, healthy and accomplished.

  While being a world class athlete who competed for spots on the 1996 and 2000 Olympic teams, Antonio set the College Triple Jump Record at the prestigious Penn Relays which still stands after 27 years!  

An NCAA All-American Track Star, Antonio has plenty of experience in competing alongside history's greatest  athletes. 


Many of his athletes have become the who's who in sports, from #1 draft picks in the NFL, MLB and Major League Lacrosse.  

While these credentials are insane, his favorite client is actually the underdog. The kid who didn’t make the team, the athlete recovering from an ACL tear, the adult client with a nagging injury. He thrives off of his clients improvement, he wants their success as much as he wants his own and most importantly, he wants his clients self-esteem and confidence to be at an all time high.
