Total Physical Proficiency Exam — Adult Fitness & Longevity
BEFORE YOU START ANOTHER FITNESS PROGRAM...UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY.
The Total Physical Proficiency Exam gives you a clearer picture of how your body moves, functions and performs — so your fitness program can be built around YOU.
Before I tell you how to exercise, I want to understand how your body works.
Why TPP?
YOUR BODY HAS A HISTORY.
These experiences can influence the way a person moves today. Rather than immediately adding more exercise, Antonio first wants to understand the body performing the exercise.
YOU DON'T NEED A RANDOM WORKOUT.
YOU NEED THE RIGHT WORK FOR YOUR BODY.
Your body reflects years of...
Work
Exercise
Inactivity
Sports
Sitting
Travel
Previous injuries
Repetitive movement
Lifestyle
Age
What We Assess
HOW WELL DOES YOUR BODY ACTUALLY MOVE?
TPP is about understanding the whole person rather than judging performance from a single exercise.
Movement patterns
Mobility
Stability
Balance
Coordination
Strength
Body control
Symmetry
Core control
Joint movement
Single-leg control
Posture during movement
Functional strength
Restrictions
Compensation patterns
Left-to-right differences
TPP is a fitness, movement and physical proficiency assessment. It does not diagnose medical conditions and does not replace evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.
Movement Before Intensity
MORE EXERCISE ISN'T ALWAYS THE ANSWER.
Simply exercising harder does not automatically mean exercising better. An adult may have enough strength but lack mobility. Another person may have adequate mobility but poor stability. Someone else may compensate during movement without realizing it.
The objective is to determine what YOUR body needs before deciding where greater intensity belongs.
Intensity without understanding is still guessing.
The TPP Process
ASSESS. UNDERSTAND. BUILD.
01
Assess
Antonio evaluates movement, mobility, stability, balance, strength, control and functional movement patterns.
02
Understand
The findings are reviewed so the client understands what Antonio sees, where limitations may exist and which areas deserve attention.
03
Build
Those findings guide a more individualized fitness and strength program built around how your body actually moves.
Fitness & Longevity
TRAIN FOR TODAY.
BUILD FOR THE NEXT 20 YEARS.
Adult fitness should not only be about what someone can do during today's workout. It should support the ability to move well, stay strong, maintain mobility and remain physically capable for life.

Your Body Changes
YOUR BODY CHANGES.
YOUR TRAINING SHOULD TOO.
The workout that worked years ago may not be the smartest approach today. That does not mean training has to become easy. It means training should become more intelligent.
Antonio's objective is to determine what the client can do well, what needs improvement and how to challenge the body appropriately.
SMARTER DOESN'T MEAN EASIER.
IT MEANS MORE PURPOSEFUL.
